After that battle with Pitch, Jack was just glad that the Boogeyman was gone for now. He knew it wasn't a permanent solution, it never was but for now he thought maybe the world was free of the scary man of fear, and for this reason Jack was wielding his staff in the animated way that he so frequently did. Walking around on a roof peacefully, his eyes gazing over the many little grains of sand floating around making dreams for the little kids that slept now, he smiled at them and even played with a few.

Though the Guardian of Fun got bored quickly, and swung his staff around to let it touch to the rooftop, immediately did the roof freeze over, and Jack pushed off, and proceeded to slide from roof to roof, creating ice paths for himself as he jumped around, shouting in excitement this was going to be a great night, it was not as if he needed to sleep, so all the days and nights were his to do with as he pleased.

(Welp, I died for a bit, but now I am back! :DD Nice to meet you, by the way! I'm Lily. uvu)

For some reason, Lily could not sleep at this ungodly hour. Yes, she was tired. Yes, she wanted so desperately to rest her tired blue eyes. But could she? No. She looked back at her snowflake clock: 1:35 AM. Rolling her eyes and hugging her Rainbow Dash plushie, she huffed as she looked out the window. She would do something to at least keep her occupied, but her parents were asleep, so she couldn't without getting in trouble. A bored expression was plastered on her features when suddenly she heard shouting. Batting her eyelashes in surprisement and bewilderment, she opened up her window and peeked out to be met with a sight that astonished her.

A white (silver?) haired boy was creating ice paths from roof to roof, howling and making so much noise as he went from house to house. Who was he? And how could he do that? He has to be one skilled magician, her innocent thoughts told her. Grinning and leaning a bit further out of her window, Lily watched the boy when suddenly Rainbow Dash fell out of her arms and into a bush below. Now, usually people would just hop out the window, grab it, then get back in through said window, but Lily's room was on the second floor of her house. If she tried to get Rainbow Dash, she'd fall and seriously hurt herself.

Feeling tears well up in her eyes at the loss of her beloved My Little Pony plush, Lilianne sighed and continued to stare down at the stuffed animal despite the cold. Well, Rainbow Dash would be ruined by morning. Great. Just great. Not to mention when her parents found RD in the shrub, they'd know she'd been staying up. Which would get her in heaps of trouble.

"Isn't the night and snow so pretty? I really like it. It's wonderful to dream about!"

Jack was not interested in anything else but having fun, he flew from roof to roof, but he did eventually make his way back across over the rooftop of the young girl peaking out, he was confused as to why she was not asleep. Kids usually slept at this time, he came to a sliding stop on a rooftop. Staring at her for a moment, he really wasn't sure if she could see him or not, but she had that solemn look on her face, what had happened? She didn't seem too -oohhh... Jack's gaze met with the little pony in the bushes, that the girl was clearly staring at.

Not wanting to see how sad she was, he flicked a snowflake in her direction to touch her nose. Jack Frost nipping at your nose, but hey at least it would make her see the happy and fun side of things for now? For now, Jack jumped to the ground with the help of the wind to soften his blow. He couldn't exactly pick these things up, physical items were beyond him, though he could bring the girl down to pick it up and then put her back up..... Except that, again he didn't know if she believed in him, or saw him, and of course as a result he couldn't know if he could pick her up.

"Jack Frost can only help so much..." The white haired boy uttered, his lips drawn in a thin line, as he stared up at the girl in silence.
