| First off sorry for the long title but my character insisted on it. Anyway, Conflicting personality, is the only way to describe her. She is optimistic, sweet, joyful, and you'd be best reading her app to found out the rest. xD Each trait causes to act differently, often looking to the brighter side but occasionally slipping to the dark thoughts which she dispels quickly as a 'figment of imagination from her past.'
Contrary to popular belief among others, she believes in Pitch Black, but her connection is to the Sandman despite her strong-mindedness, everyone's gotta have something to believe in right? She fears darkness and if she met Pitch, she'd probably fear him to, despite the trait of personality that is in play at the time.
Friends: If you think you can handle her slightly MPD-like conflicting personality, you could be great friends with her. Despite anything else, she's a good friend
Enemies If you're an everyday bully or just someone Rylie doesn't like in general for some reason, this is where you'll be. She'll do everything in her power to avoid running into you.
Rivals: Just try to beat her at something and you'll be a rival, not that she really cares since she acknowledges the fact that she'll be smarter at someone in something, but someone else will be smarter than her in something else. Though if you do want to be a very powerful rival, aim for computer engineering and mechanics.
Love: She has no interest whatsoever in a boyfriend, nor has she had and nor has she ever been kissed or kissed someone herself. You can try to make her your own, but that'll be a part-fail because of her personality and because she has little interest. |

| Wow that really IS a long title XD
Okay so once I get Sandman's app finished we should definitely have a thread for them, most likely on Sandy's island or something because that would be fun.
Also as i said in your welcome thread and application, I reckon Rylie and Ebony might get along as sort of frenemies since they both believe in pitch.

| I told you Rylie insisted on it lol.
And sure, if Ebony thinks she can put up with Rylie's personality.
P.S If I make anymore characters once Rylie's been in some threads, They'll also have a conflicting personality, though not as big as Rylie's lol. |

| I'm pretty sure Ebony can take it, if Rylie can put up with her creepiness | |

| We'll just have to see. So do you want to start a thread or would you prefer I? I'm cool either way. |
